3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) b88 account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances without notice.

During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name as per your identity card, date of birth, active mobile number, and a valid email address. False or inaccurate information may result in account suspension and rejection of withdrawals.

Identity Verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal. You will be required to submit:

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

B88 accepts deposits via a variety of local Malaysia payment methods, including DuitNow QR, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost eWallet, and direct bank transfer. All deposits must be made from an account or digital wallet registered in your own name.

Deposit requirements:

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 for most payment methods.
• Direct bank transfer: Minimum deposit RM 50.
• B88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
• Deposits are credited to your account within 1 to 15 minutes depending on the payment method.

Withdrawal requirements:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account held in the same name as the b88 account.
• Withdrawal processing takes between 15 minutes and 24 hours depending on the method and processing time.

5 Bonus & Promotions

• Each bonus can only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• The wagering requirement must be met before bonus wins can be withdrawn.

6 Game Rules

All games on the b88 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and audited by an independent third-party body. Every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including b88 itself.

The Return to Player (RTP) value displayed for each game is set by the respective software provider and verified by independent auditors. This value reflects a long-term average and does not guarantee the outcome of any individual session.

In situations where a technical issue occurs during gameplay, b88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to your account balance. b88's decision on technical matters is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

8 Account Closure & Suspension

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Registration information that is proven to be false or misleading.
• Requests from legal authorities.
• At b88's sole discretion to protect the integrity of the platform.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the b88 support team. Any valid balance will be returned to you once all wagering requirements are met and there are no outstanding issues. Accounts closed due to a violation are not eligible for a balance refund.
